Five strokes to solve common faults in digital direct injection printing machine nozzles

The main faults in the digital direct injection T-shirt printing machine are related to the nozzle, which is a common fault and easy to solve. First, there are obvious broken stripes

Solution:

A: There are impurities in the pipeline.

B: There are impurities in the ink bag, and the ink tube of the digital direct injection T-shirt printing machine is cleaned.

C: The ink is contaminated.

D: There is a problem with the ink quality, and the ink is replaced.

E: Environmental problems, the temperature is too low, air conditioning is installed, and the working environment temperature is improved.

F: The nozzle is in a bad state, and the digital direct injection garment printing machine nozzle is replaced.

G: The surface of the nozzle is too dirty and has fluff to clean the surface of the nozzle.

H: The doctor blade, the ink stack is too dirty; the cleaning blade, the ink bag, and the ink stack.

Second, the ink car stops at the ends of the image for a few seconds

Solution:

A: Replace the faster computer.

B: It adopts 100M network cable transmission, and the network transmission speed is faster than the print port transmission speed.

C: The machine crashes and grounds the digital direct injection T-shirt printing machine casing.

D: The computer crashes and restarts the computer.

Third, dripping ink

Solution:

A: The temperature is too low and the ambient temperature needs to be increased.

B: The nozzle is not cleaned, and the digital direct injection garment printing machine nozzle is re-cleaned.

C: The pipe or ink bag is broken, and the pipe or ink bag is replaced.

D: The ink is added too much, and the amount of ink added is not excessive.

Fourth, the nozzle ink can not come out

Solution:

A: There is no ink (ink) in the ink bag, draw ink or add ink.

B: The data line of the nozzle is not inserted, and the data line of the nozzle is reinserted.

C: The nozzle is broken and the nozzle is replaced.

Five, blocking ink treatment

Solution:

A. In the process of drawing, the gradual broken ink: this kind of broken ink is caused by the inkjet sac and the nozzle of the digital direct injection T-shirt printing machine. The reason may be that the ink bag is dirty and the nozzle is aging. At this time, the ink bag and the nozzle can be cleaned. If the washing is not clean, it needs to be replaced.

B. The drawing process suddenly breaks the ink, and the ink breaks seriously. If the solid color base map is generally 5-10CM, it will be very bad. This kind of broken ink is mostly caused by ink, and most of the ink is replaced.
